South Carolina Different Security Deposit Standards at Larger Properties

If a landlord rents more than four adjoining dwelling units on the premises and uses different security-deposit calculation standards for different tenants, § 27-40-410(c) requires the standards to be posted conspicuously or provided to prospective tenants before the rental agreement is completed.
