Why Arizona’s deadline is easy to misread

A.R.S. § 33-1321 does not simply say “14 calendar days.” It excludes Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays and also references termination of tenancy, delivery of possession and demand by the tenant. That is why RentBillCheck does not show a simplistic calendar-date calculator for Arizona.
