Minnesota Move-Out Inspection Rights

After notice of an intent to terminate or before the lease ends, Minnesota § 504B.182 requires written notice of the tenant’s option to request a move-out inspection and right to be present. If requested, the inspection occurs at a reasonable time no earlier than five days before the relevant termination/end/vacate date.
