Pennsylvania Forwarding Address Rule for Security Deposits

Pennsylvania makes the tenant’s written new address unusually important. Section 512(e) says failure to provide the landlord with the new address in writing upon termination or surrender and acceptance relieves the landlord from liability under that section.
