Pennsylvania Security Deposit Interest After Two Years

Section 511.2 applies after the second anniversary of the escrow deposit. Covered funds over $100 are subject to the statutory escrow-account framework; when money is required to be interest-bearing, the landlord may retain a one-percent annual administrative amount and the balance belongs to the tenant.
