Montana Cleaning Charge & 24-Hour Notice Rule

MCA 70-25-201 generally requires written notice before cleaning charges are deducted. The notice must identify what cleaning was not completed and what must be done, and the tenant generally has 24 hours after delivery to complete it, subject to statutory exceptions.
