Maryland Ordinary Wear & Tear vs Damage

Maryland § 8-203 allows withholding for tenant-related damage only when it is in excess of ordinary wear and tear. Routine aging, touch-ups or replacement needed from normal use should be separated from actual tenant-caused damage.
